Check out this video of Melanie, performing "I Turn To You" live at the Roundhouse in London (Voicestorm) last night:
From: MelanieC.Net We are absolutely overwhelmed with the amount of remixes we've received in the past few weeks, thank you so much to everyone who entered! Because of the large amount of very creative entries we decided we need your help in picking the winner. We have selected the 10 (in our opinion) best remixes and you can now listen to these 10 mixes and pick your favourite. The 3 mixes with the most amount of votes will be passed onto our judging panel who will pick the final winner. The winner will be rewarded with a pair of professional Shure SRH840 headphones and hand written lyrics of 'Your Mistake' from Melanie. The winning track will also be streamed on MelanieC.net and Melanie's official Facebook, YouTube and MySpace pages. Don't be disappointed if your remix didn't make it into our Top 10, the high standard of entries meant some real gems missed out. You can always share a link to a streamed version of your remix on the forum, so other members can still enjoy your remix. So head over to our special page now to listen to the 10 selected remixes and cast your vote. Make sure you do cast your vote as one lucky voter will be rewarded with a signed copy of the 'Live at the Hard Rock Cafe' DVD! Tune into Radio 2 this evening (Saturday 5th June) to hear Melanie co-hosting on Going Out with Alan Carr. Fun and laughs a-plenty between 6pm and 8pm! HAPPY BIRTHDAY
"Former Spice Girl Melanie C and broadcaster Alan Titchmarsh join panellists Andrea McLean, Coleen Nolan and Sherrie Hewson for lively topical discussion from a female perspective"
Tune in to ITV1 on Wednesday, the 27th October 2010 at 12:30 PM.
I was more at risk of depression than other new mothers... but Baby Spice came to my rescue
Before I had my baby, Scarlet, I thought I worked really hard. I sometimes lived on just a few hours' sleep while on tour with the Spice Girls and as a solo artist, but nothing prepared me for being a new mum. Although it was amazing, I was totally wiped-out and overwhelmed. When it's 4am, the baby won't sleep and you're beyond exhausted, it can be lonely, too. I remember spending hours walking up and down the landing trying to soothe her. You can feel like the worst mum in the world because you think everyone else is doing better.
Head over now to this special page to listen to the 10 tracks we selected and cast your vote! You have exactly one week to let us know which remix you prefer before our panel of judges will pick the final winner. But who are those judges exactly? Besides Melanie's management, we have a name you probably don't know, but we are sure you have heard his work: Steve Pickering aka DJ Electric Allstars. Steve has done several remixes for Melanie in the past, such as the Next Best Superstar and I Want Candy remixes. Our headjudge is Melanie of course!
according to Melanie and Richard's twitter, they're working on a new songs together
the last collaborating of them was on Melanie's first album "Northern star" he worked on Goin' down and Suddenly monday

she spend a week with him working on the new tracks at brighton.
Hold on to your knickers girls! I've finally got the Twitter bug, who knew random nonsense could be so much fun. I'll do my best to stay enthused! Well I've been a busy bee of late, writing sessions for the new album are going great. I'm working with lots of great people, some old faves and plenty of new collaborators, it's all very exciting. I'm starting to get quite nervous about my return to Blood Brothers too, where is that script? Hope you're all enjoying your summer, see you all soon Mx
In the meantime follow Melanie C on Twitter! She's finally tweeting things from time to time:
Melanie will be making a brief guest appearance at Peter Vettese's show tomorrow night (Wednesday 4th August). Peter is performing at The Assembly in Princes Street. Doors open at 5.30pm and the show starts at 6pm.
"Mel C – turns out she can turn her hand to just about anything-musicals, motherhood and mega stardom. Arguably the most earthy and honest of the Spice Girls, she just seems to take it all in her stride!Currently appearing in the West End in Blood Brothers she talks about her days as a Spice girl, the drama and issues that she encountered and her biggest challenge of all-being a mum!"
'Blood Brothers' producer Bill Kenwright said: "The second Melanie walked into my office I knew that she would be a great Mrs J. The reality exceeded the expectation and I instantly felt on her opening night in London that she must play 'Blood Brothers' in Liverpool. It's typical of her that she agreed so instantly to do a two week autumn stint in her home town. She is a real star and a credit to her city."
Speaking of her return to the production, Melanie said: "I had such an incredible time playing the role of Mrs Johnstone in the West End and I am so excited to have the opportunity to play her again in my home town of Liverpool."
Tickets for Melanie's two week run will be on sale from Monday 24th May.
